Who we are
Steadfast is a studio in Birmingham, Alabama that builds websites, Google presence, and automation for churches and a small number of businesses. These terms cover the site at madebysteadfast.com.
Using the site
Read it, share it, quote it, send it to your board. What you cannot do is scrape it wholesale, break into it, or use it to send anyone spam.
The contact form is for genuine enquiries about work. Please do not use it to pitch us.
Text messages
If you give us a phone number and tick the consent box, we send one confirmation text. After that, any messages are direct replies from Miles.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Prices on this site
The numbers on the pricing page are real and current, and they are a starting point rather than a quote. What you actually pay is set out in a written agreement before any work begins, and nothing on this page is that agreement.
Our work and yours
The words, design, and code of this site belong to Steadfast. The case studies belong to the churches and businesses in them, used with permission.
Anything you send us through the form stays yours. We use it to answer you.
No promises about the site itself
We keep this site accurate and online, but we offer it as it is. We are not liable for a loss that follows from using it, or from it being unavailable.
That limit applies to the site. It does not touch any agreement we sign with you for actual work, which carries its own promises, and those are written plainly on the pricing page.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
