Why we built it
New Life is a come-as-you-are church on Highway 280 in Sterrett. Its pastor is a friend. We wanted to show what a first visit could feel like online, so we built it. New Life's own site is still at nlc280.com.
What we did
- Service time, address, and phone sit in the top bar of every page.
- The first sentence says who New Life is for: whatever this week has held, you are welcome on Sunday.
- "Your first Sunday" covers what to expect before you walk in, down to where guests park and who meets you at the door.
- Messages, events, a blog, and giving are all in one place, with giving and forms connected to Church Center, which New Life already uses.
